Hello Producers,

Quick heads-up. At the end of this newsletter, there’s a little something extra for paid subscribers, quotes I loved, favourtie takeaway and tools with links mentioned.

If you’re already supporting, thank you. If not, and you want to go deeper, I’ve also put together a new Stan Store with everything I offer, from services and lessons to my full podcasting kit. Either way, glad you’re here!

Cory has always been one of the creators I’ve looked up to. He consistently produces high-quality content, whether it’s his standout visuals or the value he brings. I’m a big fan of the positive vibes I can count on every time I visit his profile, and the journey he’s been through is nothing short of inspiring.

You might wonder if it’s just his online persona or if he’s actually like that. I didn’t fly to Mexico to find out in person, but after just a few minutes of recording, I can safely say Cory is exactly that amazing in real life. Positive energy, an inspiring mindset, and a “we can do this” attitude from the start.

Start Before You’re Ready: How to Build Without Overthinking | #101: Cory Blumenfeld

Cory Blumenfeld is a 4x founder who builds by jumping straight in. No industry experience, no playbook, just sharp execution. From repairing driveways in college to launching healthtech and fintech products, his journey is a masterclass in figuring it out on the go. He’s raised millions, led teams, sold companies and built tools that are actively saving people money. Every step has been powered by focus, speed and the ability to adapt.

In this episode, you’ll meet a builder who doesn't wait for perfect conditions. We go behind the scenes of Cory’s viral LinkedIn presence, explore the mindset that drives his momentum, and unpack how fun, curiosity and execution can turn bold ideas into real results.

Lesson 1: Walk the Talk – Online and Off

Imagine if people showed up on LinkedIn exactly how they are in real life. That would be refreshing, right? As I spoke to Cory, it became obvious within minutes that he’s one of those people.

He shares positive, helpful and inspiring content, and from our conversation, I can confirm he really lives it. No pretending. No polished act. Just someone who genuinely believes in what he posts.

Cory’s mindset stood out. The way he brings fun into his work. The way he says “just do it” and actually means it. That energy shows up not just online, but in how he moves through life.

Live what you preach. That’s the real influence.

Lesson 2: Go All In – Even Before You’re Ready

Cory’s first business wasn’t backed by a perfectly crafted plan. He just went for it. And it worked.

That mindset applies to more than just business. On LinkedIn, he posts every day, sticks to systems, and still delivers real value. He’s not just showing up, he’s showing up fully.

The same energy applies to life. Preparation is useful, but at some point, you have to stop planning and start doing.

Go all in. Learn by doing. Enjoy the ride.

Lesson 3: Do Less, Achieve More – The Power of Delegation

On the day we recorded, Cory posted about delegation. Perfect timing.

You might wonder how someone manages multiple businesses, stays active online and still finds time to live well. The answer is delegation.

Cory builds systems, works with the right people and focuses on what matters most. Delegation isn’t always easy at first. You might mess it up or hesitate to let go. But it’s a skill worth building.

Start small. Trust the process. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Lesson 4: Find Your Easy – Make Content Work for You

One of my favourite takeaways. With so much noise online, especially on LinkedIn, the key is to make it sustainable.

Find your easy. Not what’s trendy. Not what works for someone else. What works for you.

That might be carousels, video, or writing once a week. Whatever it is, make sure you can stick with it and enjoy the process. That’s how consistency is built.

Experiment. Test. Adjust. And above all, keep it simple.

Lesson 5: Fun First – The Secret to Staying Consistent

Yes, I’ve mentioned fun already. But it deserves its own spotlight.

You don’t need to post daily if it doesn’t fit your rhythm. You don’t need to follow trends that don’t feel right. What matters is showing up in a way that feels good to you.

You’ll make mistakes. You’ll try things that flop. But eventually, you’ll find what clicks. And when you do, everything gets easier.

Creating, engaging, building momentum. It all flows better when you’re having fun.

Not just in your posts, but in the comments, the DMs and the conversations that follow.

So here it is again. Have fun. That’s the lesson.

Listen Now

As I mentioned, I’ve always loved Cory’s designs. They’re fun, unique, and always manage to deliver value. Naturally, we had to dig into the behind-the-scenes of how and why he does what he does, and I hope it sparks something for your own content journey.

My second favourite part? Cory’s signature gesture. If you know, you know. If you don’t, you’ll find out in the episode. No spoilers.

But that’s not all. In this conversation, you’ll hear about Cory’s early days of entrepreneurship, his journey through multiple businesses, his evolution on LinkedIn, and a whole lot more. Too many takeaways to count. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Boom!

Keep producing,
